KORU COFFEE LIMITED is a Kenyan coffee company that works with smallholder farmers. This notice explains what we do with personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
- Farmer registration: your name, contact details, farm location and coffee details. These are delivered to us through WhatsApp when you choose to send the message.
- Cookies: small files that help the site work and help us understand how visitors use it. None of them are used to advertise to you.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To process farmer registrations and provide farm support.
- To improve the website experience.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with people who help us run the site or deliver our services, and only as needed to do so. When you send a registration via WhatsApp, that message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request. Registration details are kept while you remain a partner farmer, unless you ask us to remove them.
